Our Work in India

Delhi team donating food and T shirts with the help of local volunteers. Poori (fried Indian bread), curry and dessert were served. The ones served were women and children working on streets, etc.

January 2016: Dinesh distributing food to the poor in Nizamuddin area of Delhi. Although Delhi is the capital of India, there are thousands of poor on streets who sleep hungry every night.

The whole team of Radheshyam Hope in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, distributing bananas and pedas to the poor and needy. T Shirts were also distributed given summer months.

Donating food and clothes in Phagwara, Punjab (India). The process is known as 'langar' in Indian society. No cash was given to the poor since it is against the Charitys policy

Indian newspapers covered some occasions of charity work in India.

Radheshyam hope team in Kurukshetra, Haryana. Initially the team provided food for the poor and needy by conducting a langar (mass meal). Later the team went to local Leprosy shelter and donated food and T shirts to men, women and children.

​Nidhi serving meals, with her family, to blind and elderly people on 25th March 2016, Phagwara, Punjab, India. It was mixed emotions to watch a blind man hold another blind mans' hand to be seated, to walk in a queue. Wish all humans supported each other this way.
